As a Strategic Quantitative Researcher at S.R Investment Partners, you will play a critical role in improving the investment process and driving investment success through data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the research process, including methodology selection, data collection and analysis, prototyping, backtesting, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify alpha potential.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the investment process and trading infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • A master's or Ph.D. degree in finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • Strong programming skills with high proficiency in Python.
  • Experience researching index volatility/RV strategies.

Compensation:

£85,000 + bonus package based in London.
