Job Summary:
The Cherwell Hospital is situated in Banbury, Oxfordshire, and is designed to provide an exceptional standard of patient care alongside the advanced technical facilities required in modern healthcare. The hospital features a 34-bed inpatient unit, a surgical day case facility, and a new Ophthalmic Suite, enabling a wide range of procedures and treatments across various specialties including Orthopaedics and Ophthalmology.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our Main Reception team, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all patients and visitors. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong customer service skills to enhance our team. The reception team operates under the guidance of the Outpatient Team Lead and is part of the broader Administrative Team.
We prioritize finding the right candidate with excellent interpersonal skills; prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is not a prerequisite as comprehensive training will be provided by our experienced staff.
