Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and medical records management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of administrative software and systems.
