Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and medical records management.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of administrative software and systems.
