Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive support to the Emergency Department and Emergency Assessment Unit at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality administration service, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and providing excellent patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Emergency Department and Emergency Assessment Unit teams
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with trust policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
