Administrative Support Specialist

We are excited to be working with a dynamic and expanding company based in the UK who are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their team.
As the Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up new clients and managing their accounts
- Assisting with the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients
- Supporting with Billing and Invoicing, including processing daily payments
- Scanning and managing daily post and allocating it to relevant files
- Providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the office runs efficiently
The ideal candidate will require previous administration experience, strong organisational skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
