Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support to internal teams and external clients via various communication channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage user accounts and permissions on various platforms to ensure secure access.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems to prevent downtime.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations to ensure transparency.
- Assist in the implementation of new technology projects and IT infrastructure improvements to enhance our services.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and tools to ensure seamless adoption.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and network administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies a plus.
- Proficient in supporting Microsoft Office 365 and related applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
