About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Newly Weds Foods. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, including hardware and software updates.
  • Collaborate with the IT Helpdesk Manager to ensure that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all IT-related procedures and processes.
  • Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the improvement of IT services and processes to ensure that they meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Relevant IT qualification and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional travel and out-of-hours support.
