Services Offered

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Communicate any client changes to the management team.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients as agreed.
  • Implement action plans based on client satisfaction feedback.
  • Deliver client hospitality to the highest standards and seek opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Ensure proper execution of company promotions.
  • Maintain accurate pricing of all products.
  • Effectively manage in-unit costs and monitor gross profit.
  • Accurately record and maintain sales and cost records.
  • Minimize food waste through effective management.
  • Support, train, and develop team members.
  • Monitor labor turnover and ensure full recruitment of the team.
  • Implement relevant health and safety procedures and review them as necessary.
  • Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and presented to required standards.
  • Manage food ordering processes and oversee delivery receipt and storage.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and service areas.
  • Ensure proper use of all kitchen equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks to support effective food service delivery as needed.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in catering management, including client relations.
  • Essential previous experience as a chef.
  • Strong passion for the food service industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong mentoring capabilities.
