Our inaugural facility, KYN BICKLEY, is a state-of-the-art 86-bedroom home that offers residents comfortable living spaces, communal dining areas, and serene outdoor terraces that overlook landscaped gardens. We are also expanding with additional care homes in the London area.

Position Overview:

As a Care Lead (Nights), your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Clinical Lead/Registered Nurse in delivering exceptional, person-centered care while ensuring the dignity and respect of our residents.
  • Administering medications as required.
  • Leading the night care team to maintain high standards of care.
  • Ensuring individualized care plans are followed and adapted to meet residents' needs.
  • Creating a supportive environment where residents and their families feel secure and valued.
  • Participating in clinical supervisions to enhance personal development and improve resident outcomes.
  • Overseeing the fulfillment of residents' medical, physical, social, and emotional needs.
  • Documenting care delivered and reporting any changes to the responsible personnel.
  • Encouraging resident participation in recreational activities to promote mental and physical engagement.
  • Ensuring accurate completion of daily care documentation.
  • Motivating and mentoring team members to foster strong relationships with residents.
  • Contributing to care planning and participating in care reviews.
  • Responding promptly to residents' needs and ensuring effective communication within the team.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members and providing mentorship.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and promoting KYN's values in all interactions.
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and reporting any hazards.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.
