Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-driven, enthusiastic, and dedicated Head Chef to enhance our exceptional kitchen team. This role is pivotal in bringing our culinary vision to fruition.

Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the General Manager and will oversee the kitchen staff and back-of-house food and beverage operations. Your responsibilities will include menu innovation while ensuring the business meets its budgetary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum
• Permanent, full-time contract (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example, keeping your team engaged and motivated
• Maintain a thorough understanding of kitchen costs, from labor to ingredient sourcing, while ensuring quality and menu integrity
• Drive culinary innovation and cultivate a culture of menu development
• Mentor and train junior chefs within the brigade
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health regulations
