Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at the in-house restaurant of Guidant Global, a leading global recruitment agency. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Production and Service
    • Oversee and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
    • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Menu Creation and Development
    • Work with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu options that meet the needs of our clients and staff.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations, including cooking, food preparation, and menu creation.
    • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends.
    • Understanding of food safety protocols and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
