Experienced Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team at Atrium Recruitment Ltd in Cambridge City Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet customer expectations
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume establishment
  • Catering qualification or equivalent certification
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to quality

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £27,600 - £33,500 depending on experience
  • Opportunity for career growth and advancement
  • 35-40 hours per week, every other weekend off
