Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Assistant/Barista to join our team at InfoTrack UK. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and Serving Coffee: You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee to our staff and clients.
  • Assisting with Internal Staff Correspondence: You will assist with internal staff correspondence, including responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Ordering Stock: You will be responsible for ordering stock for the kitchen and office supplies.
  • Organising and Distributing Anniversary and Birthday Gifts: You will be responsible for organising and distributing anniversary and birthday gifts to our staff.
  • Providing Ad-hoc Support: You will provide ad-hoc support to our office and other staff members and departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Barista Experience: Essential
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with our staff and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: You will have proficiency in MS Office to effectively manage our administrative tasks.
  • Working Knowledge of Office Equipment: You will have a working knowledge of office equipment to effectively manage our office operations.
