About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable estate agency, providing a complete and bespoke tailored property service in sales, lettings, land, and new homes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Register and qualify potential buyers, utilizing exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships.
  • Generate and conduct viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Canvass to bring on new properties, leveraging local knowledge and expertise to drive sales.
  • Negotiate the sale of properties between vendors and buyers, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prepare sales brochures, showcasing properties in the best possible light.
  • Develop relationships and provide advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator with some valuation experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Local area knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.
  • High level of customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as regular travel is required.

About Us:

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is a well-established and reputable estate agency, committed to providing a first-class customer service experience to our clients. We offer a competitive salary package and benefits, including a basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000, with an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 DOE. We offer a Monday to Friday schedule, with every other Saturday 9am - 5pm, and a day off in lieu. We pride ourselves on our great working culture and lovely independent estate agent environment.
