Main Responsibilities:

  • Canvass to bring on new properties, leveraging local knowledge to identify opportunities and build relationships with vendors and buyers.
  • Negotiate the sale of properties between vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Prepare sales brochures and develop relationships with buyers and vendors, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator with some valuation experience, with a strong understanding of the local property market.
  • High level of customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000 and an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000.
