Capital Equipment Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Herts / Essex area, leveraging your expertise in capital equipment sales to drive revenue growth.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including creating and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest capital equipment products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide support, and drive sales growth.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in capital equipment sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or sales.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as sales or business development certifications.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of circa £40-45k DOE.
- Uncapped Commission: Uncapped monthly commission, providing opportunities for significant earnings growth.
