Capital Equipment Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Herts / Essex area, leveraging your expertise in capital equipment sales to drive revenue growth.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Marketing and Networking: Utilize your creativity and expertise to develop innovative marketing and networking strategies, increasing brand awareness and driving sales growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain a strong customer portfolio, engaging with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Experience: Proven experience in capital equipment sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Driving License: Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
- Competitive Salary: Basic salary of circa £40-45k DOE.
- Uncapped Commission: Opportunity to earn uncapped monthly commission, based on sales performance.
