Job Summary:

Madisons Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Land Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring land for our clients in the housing development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with land agents, landowners, and other stakeholders to identify potential land opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of land sites to determine their viability for development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams to identify and pursue land acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage the coordination of land registry and ownership enquiries, as well as the preparation of appraisals for sites.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and internal colleagues to ensure timely and efficient land acquisition processes.
  • Liaise with planning department representatives to manage the planning process and discharge pre-commencement planning conditions.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in the industry, preferably with a construction company.
  • Hold a Planning or Surveyor qualification.
