About the Role:

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at a very successful independent Estate Agency based in the UK. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and qualifying potential buyers, generating and conducting viewings, canvassing to bring on new properties, negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers, preparing sales brochures, and developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Register and qualify potential buyers to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Generate and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Canvass to bring on new properties to the agency's portfolio
  • Negotiate the sale of properties between vendors and buyers to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Prepare sales brochures to showcase properties in the best possible light
  • Develop relationships and give advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis to ensure exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator with some valuation experience
  • Local area knowledge would be a bonus but not essential
  • High level of customer service skills to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Ambitious with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • The desire to work well in a team to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent telephone manner to communicate effectively with clients
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated to succeed in a competitive sales environment
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car to travel to viewings and meetings
