Customer Success Associate

The RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our top-performing team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our firms use our platform seamlessly as we continue to grow our market share.
Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of our users and product to provide exceptional customer support.
- Assist brokers with day-to-day support requests, delivering outstanding customer experiences via phone, email, and screen shares.
- Advocate for customers, using their feedback to improve our product in collaboration with the product development team.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and problem-solving of customer queries.
- Deliver high-quality webinar trainings to customers on how to use Acre.
- Produce clear and simple communications around our product, such as release notes, knowledge base articles, and training videos.
- You're curious, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
- You're a resourceful, quick, sharp, and creative problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- You're passionate about people and making Acre customers happy.
- You're available to work occasional Saturdays.
