Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing support to our clients, building strong relationships and trust
  • Work closely with our clients to identify and solve problems, delivering value and driving results
  • Utilise your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients on a personal level, understanding their needs and goals

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding and articulating their needs
  • A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) to demonstrate your intellectual prowess
