**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for devising and executing our marketing strategy, managing a small team, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy, including leadership, campaigns, communications, and product life cycle management
* Manage our LinkedIn and email marketing communication programmes to staff, members, and brokers
* Collaborate with the business development team to build productive relationships with brokers
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
* Manage a budget to achieve marketing objectives

**Requirements**

* At least 10 years' experience in marketing, including marketing to insurance brokers
* Proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and marketing skills
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing, as well as digital marketing tools and platforms
