About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operation and drive business growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, managing our relationships with agencies, and overseeing the creation of marketing campaigns and product collateral.

You will also be responsible for managing our LinkedIn and email marketing communication programmes, as well as initiating and managing lead generation programmes in the B2C distribution channel.

With a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of success, you will be able to think strategically and act operationally to drive business results.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years' experience in marketing, including marketing to insurance brokers.

You should have a strong understanding of SEO and content marketing, as well as competency with design software and digital marketing tools.

You should also have experience managing agencies and be able to get things done in-house, as outsourcing should be an option, not the default.

We are looking for a candidate who is customer-focused, conducts themselves with integrity, and demonstrates critical thinking and a broad range of perspectives.
