About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Manager to lead our team at Lightwater Surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our resources, ensuring the delivery of top-quality clinical care, and developing the future of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to enhance practice performance and clinical care.
- Manage HR operations, ensuring staff are supported, trained, and motivated to perform to the best of their abilities.
- Monitor and manage financial resources, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all other clinical governance requirements.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by partners to maintain service delivery.
About Us
Lightwater Surgery is a busy but friendly training general practice. We work on a single site in Lightwater and have close relationships with other local practices. We train student nurses, GP trainees, and medical students, and are part of the Surrey Heath PCN and Frimley ICB.
