About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Lead to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing communications strategy that drives engagement and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with industry press and media outlets
  • Produce high-quality sales collateral and content that showcases our products and services
  • Run webinars and other events to educate and engage our target audience
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our broker engagement programme
  • Manage and maintain our online presence, including our website and social media channels
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a marketing communications role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
