Facilities Manager Position

Gilbert Meher is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple properties, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement plans for regular, emergency, and compliance maintenance needs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate small projects and work with external contractors to enhance properties.
  • Budgeting: Collaborate with the operations team to establish and oversee maintenance budgets.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure maintenance work meets company standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities or project management.
  • Experience overseeing multiple sites.
  • Proficient in building surveying.
  • Familiarity with Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software.
  • Degree-level education and CIWFM certification or equivalent.
