Kudos Services is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Assistant to join our Helpdesk team in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering subcontractor, engineering, operational & project works across a portfolio of 35 NHS buildings in the North West & London areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing reactive job requests, allocating them to engineers/contractors, and chasing tasks through to completion.
- Raising purchase orders, reviewing and approving invoices, and handling rechargeable works.
- Efficiently managing your inbox and prioritizing workload in a busy environment.
