Facilities Management Professional

About the Role:
Hexa Services is seeking a skilled CAFM Manager to lead our facilities management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our CAFM system, managing the team, and maintaining contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Management: Oversee the CAFM system to ensure it meets the needs of the organization.
2. Data Management: Collect and analyze data related to facilities management, including space utilization, maintenance schedules, and asset management.
3. Team Coordination: Manage a team of facilities staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in the development of budgets for facilities operations and manage costs effectively.
5. Vendor Management: Work with third-party service providers and contractors, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with contracts.
6. Compliance and Standards: Ensure that facilities management practices comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices.
7. Project Management: Lead or support facilities projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
8. User Support: Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding facilities issues, providing support and solutions as needed.
9. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic development of facilities management practices within the organization.
Requirements:
• Presentation and speaking skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Previous experience of managing/supervising a team.
• Knowledge of CAFM systems with a preference for Concept.
• Previous healthcare experience would be an advantage but not essential.
