About the Role

Kudos Services is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our Helpdesk team in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering subcontractor, engineering, operational & project works across a portfolio of 35 NHS buildings in the North West & London areas.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a FM Helpdesk role, with experience in the Healthcare arena being beneficial but not essential. You will be responsible for receiving all reactive job requests, raising them into the Concept CAFM system, allocating them out to our engineers/contractors, and chasing tasks through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver subcontractor, engineering, operational & project works across a portfolio of 35 NHS buildings
  • Receive and process reactive job requests, raising them into the Concept CAFM system
  • Allocate tasks to engineers/contractors and chase completion
  • Raise purchase orders and review/approve invoices
  • Handle rechargeable works and maintain efficient inbox management
