Facilities Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at CBRE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities of our properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the service charge budget in accordance with client agreements and business timelines
* Prepare management reports to meet business needs
* Ensure health and safety compliance, including regular audits and emergency planning
* Proactively manage risk and deal with insurance compliance
* Assist with contract compilation and procurement
* Maintain management information and records
Requirements:
* Degree-level education or equivalent
* Previous experience in facilities management, including line management and service agreements
* Knowledge of premises management and health and safety legislation
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* IT literacy and industry-specific IT applications
* Ability to work independently and in a pressurized environment

* IOSH qualification
* IWFM qualification desirable
