Special Educational Needs Supply Educator

Role Overview: The ideal candidate should possess adaptability and flexibility, as the SEND schools we partner with cater to a diverse range of students from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through to post-16 and further education. The role encompasses day-to-day assignments, part-time opportunities, as well as long-term and full-time positions.
Key Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent instructor level
- Relevant classroom experience within the last two years
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the Update service (or willingness to obtain one through Monarch)
- Experience in SEND/PMLD/MSI/ASC/SEMH settings
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles based on individual student needs
- Compassionate and capable of establishing strong relationships with both staff and students
