Key Responsibilities- Operate in a small warehouse/trade counter, interacting with engineers and staff to process orders and manage stock control.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to build relationships and provide a high-quality service.
- Process incoming deliveries, stock control, and dispatch, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Develop technical knowledge of products and services offered, as well as bespoke systems and equipment used.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4 (C or equivalent) or above/predicted to include Maths & English.
- Full UK driving licence (desirable).
- Good problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides (ideally).
