About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager - Offices to join our team at Higher Capital Consulting. As a key member of our commercial asset management team, you will be responsible for driving portfolio performance and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-quality commercial assets, including offices in central London and other major UK cities.
  • Work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure seamless leasing and property management processes.
  • Oversee capital expenditure (Capex) work to maintain and improve asset value.

Requirements
