Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Trade Operative to join our team at Liberty Gas Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks across various construction trades, including roofing, joinery, plumbing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and replace roofing trusses, soffit, fascia, and barge boards
  • Carry out repairs and replacements to ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and flooring
  • Repair and replace doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
  • Repair and replace kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
  • Repair and replace ironmongery to doors and windows
  • Repair and replace timber and UPVC window frames
  • Reglaze timber fencing and gates
  • Carry out multi-trade skilled work, including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor plumbing activities
Requirements:
  • Served a recognized apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
  • Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptations
  • Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline
  • Plastering trade discipline (desirable)
  • Ability to carry out multi-skill trades, and core joinery or plumbing and experience working within a social housing environment (desirable)
  • Driving license is essential
  • Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have own tools
