Electrical Site Supervisor Opportunity

Liberty is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in Liverpool, working on contracts in the North West and Wales. This is a full-time permanent position, offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus OTE, Company Van, Fuel Card, and Excellent Benefits.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising trade operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring the consistent delivery of an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repairs service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising trade operatives and sub-contractors
  • Implementing processes for continuous improvement of performance management plans
  • Ensuring accurate recording of inspection and testing results
Requirements

We are looking for a competent Electrical Site Supervisor with qualified supervisory experience and a background in electrical discipline. Previous experience in a social housing environment is ideal, as is experience using NICEIC certification websites. The successful candidate will also have:
