Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors
  • Deliver an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repairs service
  • Assist in the implementation of processes for the continuous improvement of the organisation's performance management plans
  • Ensure the results of inspection and testing of electrical work are recorded accurately
  • Effectively manage all works
Requirements:
  • Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline
  • Qualified supervisory experience
  • Experience of working within a social housing environment
  • NICEIC QS qualification
  • 18th Edition I.E.E Wiring Regulations, 2391 or equivalent qualification
  • C&G NVQ L3 & Gold Card qualification
