Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Permanent Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a permanent nights basis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of high-speed production and packaging equipment.

About the Role:

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance to ensure long-term reliability of all equipment.
  • Playing a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Involvement in exciting projects focused on the installation of new, cutting-edge machinery.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary between £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus overtime and bonuses. As a permanent member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Electrically biased with a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • PLC Skills (Minimum of Fault Finding).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
