Mobile Plumbing Biased Building Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plumbing Biased Building Services Engineer to join our team at OCS UK & Ireland, part of the OCS Group. Our company provides a range of facilities management services, including cleaning, catering, security, technical services, energy management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general maintenance and statutory compliance checks
  • Completion of PPM to all Mechanical / Plumbing elements of the building
  • Completion of ad-hoc building services works
  • Occasional report writing

Requirements:

  • C&G qualified in a Mechanical or Plumbing discipline
  • Ideal experience working in a similar environment
  • City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing, General building skills
  • Must hold a full UK driving license
  • Multi-skilled across all FM trades including building fabric and minor electrical works
  • Experienced in the installation of building services, specifically with all types of pipework
