Job Summary:

The HSH Group / The Peninsula Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residences Night Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Residences Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents while adhering to our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with services related to their apartments, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide detailed information regarding concierge services, ensuring residents are well-informed and satisfied.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident requests and tasks, ensuring relevant information is communicated to colleagues and management as required.
  • Anticipate residents' needs and exceed their expectations through proactive and personalized service.
  • Act as Duty Manager, overseeing the activities of the Night Team and ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or residential environments.
  • Excellent command of the English language with confident communication skills. A second language is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
  • UK driving license.
  • Ability and willingness to work night shifts based on operational needs.
