Job Summary

The Peninsula London is seeking a highly skilled Residences Night Manager to join our esteemed Residences Team. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our discerning residents while adhering to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Services: Assist residents with services related to their apartments, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Concierge Services: Handle requests and provide detailed information regarding available services, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely records of resident requests and tasks, ensuring relevant information is shared with colleagues and management as needed.
  • Anticipatory Service: Anticipate residents' needs and exceed their expectations through proactive and personalized service.
  • Team Leadership: Serve as Duty Manager, overseeing the activities of the Night Team and ensuring seamless execution of duties.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or residential environments.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English language with confident communication skills. A second language is an advantage.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer systems and problem-solving skills.
  • UK Driving License: Possession of a valid UK driving license.
  • Night Shift Availability: Ability and willingness to work night shifts based on operational needs.
