Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. This role is essential in providing administrative and operational assistance to our services aimed at supporting adults with learning disabilities and older individuals with various support requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by maintaining the registered office, including the creation and updating of staff documentation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by supporting the interviewing and selection of prospective candidates.
  • Provide administrative support to Registered Managers during inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Document meeting minutes for various gatherings, including HR-related discussions.

Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong interest in the health and social care sector. A warm and professional telephone demeanor is crucial, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Proficiency in data entry, minute-taking, and the use of Microsoft Office applications is required.

Team Environment: You will be part of a supportive team that values initiative and independent work. This role offers the chance to gain significant experience in the not-for-profit sector, contributing to meaningful services.

Training and Development: Comprehensive training will be provided, along with opportunities to pursue a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Additional benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and 28 days of annual leave.
