Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic National Sales Manager who will focus on Managed Service solutions and high-volume accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment industry, the tendering process, and demonstrated success in business development, along with the capability to foster and sustain robust client relationships. This position is essential for driving growth and enhancing our Managed Service on-site offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients requiring MSP recruitment solutions.
- Formulate and implement strategic business development initiatives to meet sales objectives and broaden market presence.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover industry trends, competitor actions, and growth opportunities.
- Recognize when prospective clients are preparing to tender their business.
- Cultivate relationships with key prospects to secure invitations to participate in the tendering process.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong connections with new and prospective clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, effectively addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their recruitment requirements and customize MSP solutions accordingly.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Design and execute strategic plans aimed at expanding the MSP business segment.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Work in tandem with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market and Industry Expertise:
- Stay informed about industry developments, technological innovations, and regulatory changes impacting the recruitment and MSP sectors.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance knowledge and expand professional connections.

Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment sector, with a focus on MSP solutions.
- Proven history of meeting and surpassing sales targets and business growth goals.
Professional Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driving license.
