Workshop Operations Manager

Renault Trucks Chiltern, a leading commercial vehicle dealership, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Workshop Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the customer's journey from planning to invoice/claim closure.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between Service Advisors, Parts Team, and Technicians to deliver exceptional service and repair quality.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of service delivery, aligning with Renault's rigorous standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
