Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of the workshop, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the workshop remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of workshop management systems and processes.
