About the Role

Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring that our workshop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians to achieve high-quality repair standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and address any technical or operational issues that may impact the workshop's performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the motor repair industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and repair methodology skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
