About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Referral and Business Development Manager to join our Senior Management & Business Development Team at CareTech Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing occupancy levels across our supported living and residential services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Business Development Manager and Operational colleagues in maximizing and monitoring sales and marketing efforts within the region.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of new sales enquiries and referrals, and promptly carry out client assessments.
  • Liaise with care managers, family members, and external professionals to secure appropriate placements for new clients, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Arrange and accompany visits by care workers, families, and clients to care homes in the region, and liaise with home managers to ensure a positive image of the organization is projected.
  • Assist with the completion of new business tenders, including liaison with internal departments to obtain required information.
  • Help develop and maintain an up-to-date marketing database, and assist with the timely compilation of statistics, reports, and management information.
  • Represent the Company at regional and national events to publicize the organization, and achieve divisional targets and set KPIs.
