About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Acorn-i, a leading services and technology company for Amazon and eCommerce. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with senior stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of the brand's business and how Acorn-i's solutions can become integral to delivering on client goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact for client brands and ensure a strong client experience
  • Evangelise Acorn-i services and solutions and how these can best be applied for client success and strategies
  • Understand the client brand, products, and position in market regarding eCommerce channel performance
  • Regular client engagement, using data to support ongoing strategy and tactics to further exceed goals
  • Understand and navigate at the intersection of eRetail and Retail Media supporting the client brand in delivering eCommerce success for their business
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in ecommerce or retail media, preferably in an agency setting
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience in building strategic relationships at senior level
  • Strong account management experience and dealing with client management
  • Experience in a digital marketing or advertising services agency a bonus
