About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Strategist to join our team at Nest Commerce.

As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of ecommerce and retail accounts, developing tailored account plans to drive growth and retention, and leading the delivery of cross-channel strategies to meet client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and product/service diversity
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identify and manage risks to the client relationship, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects and meet business objectives
  • Develop and present compelling growth opportunities to clients, leveraging data and trend analysis to inform strategic recommendations

About You:

  • Proven experience in leading a portfolio of accounts, owning the client relationship, and driving growth and retention
  • Strong understanding of paid digital advertising, including platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and present to senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in planning performance marketing campaigns, ideally for retail or ecommerce brands spending over £100k per month
  • A leader with management experience, including excellent team and self-organisation skills
