Schedule: 3 days a week from 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel or relaying messages via email.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Ordering office supplies, including food items, beverages, and essential toiletries.
  • Coordinating maintenance services for the office environment.
  • Arranging travel logistics for new employees.
  • Organizing international travel for staff members.

Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is required.
