Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at our Bristol site. As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of IT services to our user base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the implementation of new services and applications, ensuring seamless integration and minimal business downtime.
- Lead and maintain continual service improvement plans, participating in change, incident, and problem management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, working closely with internal and external functions to meet service level agreements.
- Collaborate with the IT suppliers to ensure all service level agreements are met and business downtime is minimized.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- ITIL V3 or V4 foundation or higher certification.
- Strong leadership experience in an IT Service Delivery role, with a proven track record of motivating and leading virtual teams and partners.
- Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle escalations and complaints.
- Good data analysis skills, with the ability to create reports and present improvement ideas.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes within the business and the IT function.
